David R. Miller, Jr.

David Miller, an associate attorney based in the Firm’s West Palm Beach office, practices civil litigation with an emphasis on construction matters. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Miller represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of legal issues, while focused on delivering efficient and effective counsel. Mr. Miller assists individuals, businesses, property owners, condominium/homeowner associations, developers, general contractors, design professionals, manufacturers, suppliers and others from pre-litigation through appeals. Mr. Miller’s attention to detail, sound acumen, unwavering ethics and steadfast reliability empower him to efficiently and effectively handle all phases of a legal dilemma.

Mr. Miller has been a Wellington resident for over 25 years. When he is not assisting clients, Mr. Miller enjoys spending time with his family, cooking meals from scratch, traveling, fishing and working out.
