Mrachek Law Attorney Roy E. Fitzgerald, III obtained a $20 Million foreclosure judgment yesterday on behalf of one of the Firm’s clients. The Firm represented Azzura Capital, LLC in filing a civil action which resulted in a foreclosure against multiple defendants on condominium units located in Palm Beach County. Palm Beach Court Judge Kelley entered a stipulated judgment of foreclosure in favor of Mrachek Law’s client for a total sum of $20,006,927.47. A copy of the judgment can be found here.
