Mrachek Law Shareholder Serves on NITA Faculty. Mrachek Law shareholder Greg Weiss was invited to serve on the faculty for an intensive trial skills seminar organized by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (“NITA”). Weiss instructed lawyers seeking to improve their trial skills, over several days in early May, at the Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida. The intensive trial simulation course included lecture and interactive workshops on opening statement, direct and cross examination, and closing argument. Mr. Weiss is Board Certified in Civil Trial and Business Litigation by the Florida Bar.
