On June 15, 2018, Mrachek Law Shareholder Greg Weiss was sworn in as the Florida Bar Board of Governors’ Representative for the 19^th Circuit. The 52-member Board of Governors has exclusive authority to formulate and adopt matters of policy concerning the activities of the Bar, subject to limitations imposed by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Weiss is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation, and handles business cases on both an hourly and contingency basis.
