Shareholder, Alan Rose, won the 2017-2018 Palm Beach County Bar Association Outstanding Appellate Advocacy Award for his winning brief in Palm Beach Florida Hotel and Office Building Limited Partnership, et al. v. Nantucket Enterprises, Inc., 211 So. 3d 42 (Fla. 4th DCA 2016). The award panel consisted of former Fourth DCA Judges Gary M. Farmer, Jr., W. Matthew Stevenson and Barry J. Stone.
