Mrachek Law Shareholder Teaches E-Discovery CLE for Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section. On May 31, 2019, Mrachek Law shareholder Greg Weiss taught a 4-hour continuing legal education course entitled, “eDiscovery for Trial Lawyers”, at Nova Southeastern Law School. The CLE was a first for Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyers Section, which had asked Weiss to create the material and teach the CLE. The CLE provided credits for technology, as well as toward board certification in civil trial and business litigation. Weiss is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist, in addition to being board certified in civil trial and business litigation.
